Such Person whose monthly salaries or wages:
Do not exceed ` 5000 ====> Nil

Exceed ` 5000 but do not excess ` 10000 ====> 175 per month

Exceed ` 10000 ====> 2500 p. a. to be paid in the following manner
a) `200 per month except for the month of February
b) `300 per month for the month of February
