SERVICE TAX RETURN FOR QUARTER - II HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 30TH APRIL, 2013

The due date for submission of Service Tax return (Form ST-3) for second quarter of FY2012-13 has been extended to 30th April 2013, in view of difficulties faced by Assessees in filing e-Return.

Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has issued Order No.02/2013-Service Tax, dated 12th April, 2013 stating the same. Click here to see the notification.
