The Govt of gujarat isuued a notification for reduced tax credit to the extent of 2% on taxable turnover of purchases with in the state for which tax credit is admissable ,if goods sold in the interstate(O.G.S ) w.e.f 1-7-2010, i.e 2 % of total tax credit on purchase from 1-7-2010.
